Phase 1

SPEC Holding Trust has already started with the development known as Phase 1 at Thenant Ridge, Despatch. We currently have completed townhouses (each one with its own yard and carport) that are being rented out. We are in the process to start construction to complete the rest of the development of Phase 1. There are 28 units in total.

· 2-bed Duplex (6 units to be constructed)

· 3-bed Duplex (6 units to be constructed)

· 2-bed Semi-detached (2 units to be constructed)
