SPEC offers a complete waterproofing service. 

Services include:

1.  Application Areas:

• Outside/inside of valve chambers and manholes
• Roofs of buildings, chambers etc.
• Chemical spillage containment (bunds).
  

2.  Typical sealing tasks undertaken to date include:

• A roof sealed above elevator shaft and control room with Sika products.
• A chemical bund area with a non-slip polyurethane liner from Duram.
• A valve chamber 9*8*4m deep against ground water with Sika products. 

Control Testing Undertaken:

• Waterproof test done on completion of works
