SPEC is registered as an Approved Asbestos Contractor with the Department of Labour as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act: Asbestos Regulations (2001). 

Services include:

1.  Stripping and removal:

• Asbestos Roof Sheets
• Asbestos Cladding
• Any other Asbestos Containing Materials
  

2.  Disposal

• Safe Disposal of Asbestos material 
  

Control Testing Undertaken:

• An inspection is performed by an approved inspection agency to confirm compliance with statutory requirements.
